VIROQUA, Wis. — The Viroqua Chamber is delighted to join in celebrating the 20th anniversary and expansion of the Viroqua Public Market, a cornerstone of our community’s local economy. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 17th, at 11:30 a.m., as part of the anniversary celebration.
Join us in commemorating this milestone and the recent expansion of the Viroqua Public Market, located in the heart of downtown Viroqua. Formerly the Peterson Motors car dealership, the Macasaet family purchased and renovated the building twenty years ago and have made it into a thriving part of Viroqua’s downtown shopping experience.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the 20-year anniversary and recent expansion of the Viroqua Public Market,” said Chris Clemens, Executive Director at the Viroqua Chamber. “The contributions of the Macasaet family to the City of Viroqua are profound, and we couldn’t be happier to honor their dedication and success.”
The Viroqua Public Market features local vendors and curated goods, offering a unique shopping experience that showcases the talent and diversity of our community. The expansion will further enhance the market’s offerings and provide more opportunities to showcase local makers and vendors.
Don’t miss this special celebration as we honor the legacy of the Viroqua Public Market and look forward to its continued success in the years to come.
