VIROQUA, Wis. Small Business Saturday, a national campaign promoting independent businesses, encourages people to forgo the big box rush and show support for the local shops and services that keep the Viroqua community unique and welcoming. This year’s Small Business Saturday is coming up on Saturday, November 29.
This national campaign encourages folks to skip the big-box rush and show some love to the independent businesses that keep our community unique, welcoming, and full of heart. When you shop local, your dollars stay local, supporting the entrepreneurs, dreamers, and neighbors who make our town thrive.

The Viroqua Chamber encourages shoppers to grab your gift list and make a day of exploring the shops, makers, and service providers who make our community one of a kind.
Another practical method for processing transactions and encouraging local spending is through Viroqua Bucks, the community’s unique gift certificate program designed to support local commerce. Viroqua Bucks function similar to a check, have no expiration date, and can be redeemed at any Viroqua Chamber partner business. Businesses accepting Viroqua Bucks should look for the Chamber logo displayed or refer to the member directory. When accepting a Viroqua Bucks check, the customer must fill out the “Pay To The Order Of” section with the business name. If the value of the Viroqua Bucks exceeds the amount due, the business should provide the difference in cash or store credit, as modifying the Viroqua Bucks amount is not permitted.
If you are you a Chamber Business with promotions happening on Small Business Saturday you can fill out the form and the Chamber will help promote your business.
Only Chamber Member businesses will be promoted on Chamber channels. If you are interested in a 2026 Chamber Membership, contact the Chamber at infodesk@viroquachamber.com
