VERNON COUNTY, Wis. – Vernon County has released its Draft Long-Range Plan for 2026–2028, outlining a roadmap to build a better future for residents, families, and generations to come. The plan reflects the County’s mission to enhance quality of life, safeguard health and safety, and protect the region’s unique rural character through responsible stewardship and transparent governance. The draft plan plan was developed out two all day sessions that included county elected representatives and staff that took place at the Pedretti Party Barn.
