Vernon County, WI — Vernon County will host its Third Annual Vernon County Awards Banquet on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, at Venue in the Valley in Coon Valley, celebrating the people, businesses, and organizations that make Vernon County thrive.
This year’s banquet will feature the theme “Legacy Builders: Honoring Tradition, Embracing the Future,” recognizing the visionaries, innovators, and community partners shaping Vernon County’s story across generations.
The evening will include networking, dinner, keynote remarks from both legacy and emerging local businesses, and an awards ceremony honoring outstanding leadership and community impact. All nominees will be recognized during the event, with awards presented across categories such as New and Legacy Small Business of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, Community Impact Award, Young Leaders Award, People’s Choice Award, and more.

Over 180 nominations were submitted, recognizing nearly 100 nominees from across Vernon County — a powerful reflection of the creativity, leadership, and collaboration present and growing in our local communities.
“The Vernon County Awards are all about celebrating the people and partnerships that make our region come to life,” said Larkin Breckel, Vernon County Economic Development & Marketing Coordinator. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to recognize and honor those who have invested so much time, effort, and passion into our communities, whether they’re a brand new business, organization, or a Vernon County legacy.”
Doors open at 5:00 PM, with dinner and the program to follow. Tickets are $25 per person, payable by cash or check at the door.
