Vernon County Sheriff asking for public’s help in burglary case

COON VALLEY, Wis. – The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in solving a burglary case that occurred in the Village of Coon Valley on Fathers Day.

Sheriff Roy Torgerson says that between the hours of 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, and 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 16, two snowmobiles were stolen from a storage unit, along Old Mill Road, in the village of Coon Valley. Taken from the unit within that 24-hour time period were a red, white, and blue colored 2020 Polaris Indy 600cc; and a red and black 2005 Arctic Cat SaberCat 700cc snowmobiles.
