Nov. 4, 2025

VERNON COUNTY, Wis. – The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Vernon County is offering a free Managing Stress workshop for family and professional care partners in recognition of National Caregiver Month. Stress is the reaction we experience when the demands placed on us are too much to cope with. While some stress can be positive, too much stress can affect us in
negative ways both physically and emotionally. Come and learn ways to manage, reduce, and
identify signs and sources of stress.

The Managing Stress workshop will be held Thursday, Nov. 13 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. The workshop will be held at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1004 W Broadway, Viroqua.

For more information or to register, contact Teresa at phone at 608-637-5201. The registration
deadline is November 10, 2025.
