The Viroqua Parks Dept. celebrating Arbor Day with coloring contest

VIROQUA, Wis. – The Viroqua Parks and Recreation Department is inviting the public to celebrate Arbor Day by participating in the 7th Annual Arbor Day Coloring Contest sponsored by the Viroqua Parks and Recreation Department. The coloring sheets are posted on the Parks and Recreation page on the City of Viroqua website for printing.

Printed copies may be picked up at the Parks and Recreation office located at the Park Bowl Complex. The coloring contest is open to youth in Pre-K through Grade Four and is broken out into the following categories: Pre-K and kindergarten, grades 1 – 2, and grades 3 – 4.

All entries must be returned to the Parks and Recreation office by Wednesday, May 15. Please include the participants’ name, grade, and phone number on the back of the coloring sheet. Entries can be placed inside the outdoor drop box located at the Park Bowl Complex (320 Tom Henry Ct). Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners in each category!
