Richland Center man facing charges for drugs, stolen property after Crawford County traffic stop

PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, Wis. – On Wednesday, Dec. 18, Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the City of Prairie du Chien. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Garrett Nundahl, 45, of Richland Center, Wis.

During the stop, Prairie du Chien Police Department K-9 Phoenix was utilized and alerted to the presence of one or more controlled substance within the vehicle. A search of the vehicle ensued, and methamphetamine, LSD, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were discovered. Also, Nundahl was discovered to be in possession of stolen property.

Nundahl was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of LSD, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, and violation of probation.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Prairie du Chien Police Department and Bob’s Towing Service.
