COON VALLEY, Wis. – Power of 100+ Driftless Region will host its next quarterly giving event on Sunday, August 3 at 4:00 p.m. at Venue in the Valley, Coon Valley. Doors open at 3:30 p.m., and new and prospective members are welcome to attend.
At each meeting, members contribute $100 to be donated to three nominated local causes. This quarter’s nominees are Eckhart Enchantment Park Renovations, Live in Viroqua (Music on Court Street), and Support for Local Food Pantries (Bethel Butikk, Cashton Cupboard, Living Faith, Stoddard Community).
Attendees will hear brief presentations from each project before voting for a winner. The selected organization will receive over $10,000 in direct contributions, with no overhead or administrative fees. The other two runner-up nominees will receive a $1,000 donation each.
Founded in 2016, Power of 100+ Driftless Region is a volunteer-led financial giving circle that amplifies local charitable giving through collective impact. With members from across the region—including Coon Valley, Viroqua, Westby, Cashton, and more—the group has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to area nonprofits and families.
Membership is open to anyone committed to contributing $100 per quarter. Meetings are short, social, and impactful—providing a simple way to make a big difference.
