VERNON COUNTY, Wis. – The Vernon County Community Development Office announced this week that nominations are now open for the 2025 Vernon County Awards. This will be the third year for the event that the organizers describe as “an evening of good food, great company, and community pride as we honor outstanding contributions to our county’s success and vitality.”

“This year’s theme, Legacy Builders, is about recognizing those who carry forward the best of Vernon County’s traditions while also leading us into the future,” said Larkin Breckel, Vernon County Economic Development and Marketing Coordinator. “The awards are more than recognition—they’re an opportunity to celebrate the spirit, resilience, and vision that make Vernon County such a special place to live and work.”
