McIntosh Memorial Library to host “Freedom Honor Flights” with Bill Hoel

VIROQUA, Wis. – The McIntosh Memorial Library, in partnership with Vernon County Over 50, is honored to host an enlightening event featuring Bill Hoel, Past President of Freedom Honor Flight.

On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 2:15 PM, join us in the Library’s Lobby for an engaging illustrated talk about the impactful work of Honor Flights and the experiences of its participants. Bill Hoel, a dedicated member of the Board of Directors since the organization’s inception, will share his extensive knowledge and personal experiences from several of the 30 Honor Flights he has participated in. His presentation will provide a detailed overview of what a typical Honor Flight entails and will highlight memorable stories from these significant journeys.Event Details:·
