The McIntosh Memorial Library of Viroqua is offering a free Tech Help session on Thursday, July 10 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the aviary seating area. This drop-in program, led by library staff is designed to provide basic one-on-one tech support in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

Community members are invited to stop by with their devices, including smartphones, tablets, or laptops for help with a wide range of everyday digital tasks, including:

· Web browsing and internet basics

· Creating and using email accounts

· Downloading and navigating mobile apps

· iPhone, iPad, and basic Android assistance

· Using the library catalog and mobile app

“No question is too small,” said Adult Programming and Outreach Coordinator Maggie Strittmater, “Whether you’re setting up a new device or trying to learn how to check your email, we’re here to help you feel more confident and connected.”

This program will take place alongside the Great Rivers United Way’s Techquity Wisconsin No Cost laptop distribution event, which runs from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM by appointment only inside the library. Techquity Wisconsin aims to increase digital access in underserved communities by distributing no-cost laptops and offering digital navigation support to qualifying residents.
