VIROQUA, Wis.—Tan Pham, a Vietnamese American chef and cultural ambassador, will lead a hands-on cooking class titled “Taste of Vietnam: Make Authentic Spring Rolls.” The event will occur on Monday, October 28, at 5:30 p.m. at the McIntosh Memorial Library.
During this engaging class, participants will learn to create their own delicious spring rolls, making three rolls each. Tan will share stories from his travels, offering a glimpse into Vietnamese culture, food experiences from bustling cities to serene villages, and the joys of meals enjoyed in backyard gardens.

Born in Vietnam and escaping shortly before the fall of Saigon at the age of 12, Tan has embraced Wisconsin as his home for nearly 50 years. His deep connection to his roots has led him to return to Vietnam many times over the past two decades, sharing his love for the culture and cuisine with others. Tan Pham owns Cuisine Adventure Tours, where he leads inspired visitors through his homeland, showcasing the rich flavors and traditions of Vietnamese cuisine.
