VIROQUA, Wis. – Celebrate Earth Day with the McIntosh Memorial Library on Wednesday, April 22 from 4:45-5:45 p.m. Join us in learning all about herbs before planting 10 different kinds of these leafy friends. From chamomile to basil, kids will have the opportunity to learn all about nature, get their hands dirty, and take home some plants!

“Working with nature teaches us patience, resilience, and how to become a plant enthusiast” says Youth Services Director Emilia Jury. “We can learn how to become self-sustainable and foster our own green spaces.”
Open to ages 8-18, no registration is required. This program is free and open to the public.
