July 29 marks 20 years since 15-year-old Madeline Edman disappeared, La Crosse Police continue to search for her

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Today, July 29, 2025, marks the 20^th anniversary of Madeline K. Edman’s disappearance. Madeline was 15-years-old when she was last seen in La Crosse. The La Crosse Police Department continues to investigate her disappearance and are actively following up on all leads. Investigators believe someone in the community may have information on the disappearance of Madeline.

At the time of her disappearance, Madeline was 5’4” tall, and 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Her right eye is blue, and she has a scar on her left leg and a mark below her navel. Madeline has multiple tattoos. She has a cross on her right arm, a heart on her left hip, and the letters “TC” on her right ankle.

Police continue to ask the community for assistance with any information to assist in locating Madeline.
