HILLSBORO, Wis. — Emplify Health by Gundersen invites community members to participate in the Walk the Aisles Grocery Store Tour on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 11 a.m., at the Hillsboro County Market.
The program offers a unique opportunity to learn practical tips for healthier and smarter grocery shopping. The one hour program will be hosted by community wellness coordinator and certified nutrition coach Brooke Mikla.
During the tour, participants will discover how to plan a smart grocery list, understand nutrition labels, shop effectively on a budget, and focus on selecting healthy foods. This interactive experience is designed to empower shoppers with the knowledge to make better food choices for themselves and their families.
