Gentle chair or standing yoga. A great way for older adults to get the health benefits of yoga, loosening & stretching painful muscles, reducing stress and improving circulation. No floor work! Join Vernon County Over 50 and Carol Anne Kemen as they present these classes every Tuesday 10:30-11:15 at Bethel Home Fellowship Hall 614 S.
