Sheriff Dale McCullick said the stop occurred June 26 when the department’s K‑9 unit, Diego, pulled over a vehicle driven by Savana Radke, 24. Deputies reported seeing Radke attempt to hide items inside the vehicle and noted behavior consistent with narcotics impairment.

K‑9 Diego was deployed and alerted to the presence of controlled substances, prompting a search of the vehicle. Deputies said they found methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia and marijuana.

Radke was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Jail. She faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance, obstructing an officer and violating probation.

Authorities noted that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
