VIROQUA, Wis. — The City of Viroqua will change its City Hall operating hours beginning March 1, 2026, officials announced this week.
Under the new schedule, City Hall will be open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. While customers will still be able to call outside those hours and leave messages for staff, in‑person services will only be available during the updated window.
Residents needing to make payments outside of business hours may use the utility drop box located in the alley next to City Hall. For utility emergencies, the city advises calling 608‑637‑2121.
City officials said the change does not affect Viroqua’s traditional summer hours, in effect between Memorial Day and Labor Day. During that period, City Hall will remain open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will be closed on Fridays.
Residents with questions about the new schedule can contact City Hall at 608‑637‑7186.
