Vernon Electric Co-op donates to Readstown Library

Readstwon, WIs. – Vernon Electric Cooperative donated $2,000 to the Readstown Public Library this week. $1,000 of the donation was made available from Vernon Electric’s Youth Fund, which is supported by unclaimed capital credits. Co-Bank, one Vernon Electric’s lenders matched that $1,000 with another $1,000 of their own.

“The Readsown Library and Readstown community have been longtime members of the Co-op,” said Vernon Electric General Manager and CEO CRaig Burrows. “Making updates and improvements will benefit everyone who lives here.”
